Terms and Conditions

Effective August 1, 2021

The terms and conditions agreement is a legal agreement between you and Connect LLC DBA-Connect Media.

Acceptance

The company supports an online marketplace and uses web-based technology to link you and other businesses and independent delivery contractors. The software lets you place orders for goods from many businesses in your area. The software will then notify a contractor that delivery is available. The software facilitates the delivery process to ensure a full purchase.

The company is not a delivery service, restaurant, or any other related party.

By accessing https://www.connectmediaweb.com, installing or using any other software from Connect Media, or using any other Connect Media service, you will agree to these points:

• You have read and agree to this agreement.

• You are of the legal age to utilize Connect Media.

• You have the authority to enter an agreement, whether for yourself or on behalf of another party that agrees to use the service.

A “user” in this agreement refers to anyone who accesses Connect Media, which may be called a “service.”

Those who do not agree to this agreement may not access the services Connect Media provides.

Modifications

Connect Media holds the right to adjust the terms of this agreement or other policies surrounding its services, software, or anything else. Check this agreement on occasion to note any possible changes that may occur.

Other Terms

By using this service, you will agree to the agreement terms and accept the collection and use of your data according to the privacy policy provided by Connect Media. Some features may be subject to other terms and conditions.

Rules and Limits

You agree to the following when using the services provided by Connect Media:

• You will use these services for legal purposes. You will not use Connect Media for unlawful activities, including anything that may harm other people.

• You will only use Connect Media according to its intention of use without infringing on copyrights, third-party rights, or privacy rules.

• You will only use the services that Connect Media authorizes.

• You will not access the services through another person’s account, whether through forgery, impersonation, or anything else.

• You cannot use the service to trigger inconveniences to anyone.

• These services cannot work for commercial purposes unless Connect Media allows this point.

• You cannot distribute the service’s software through any format outside of what Connect Media approves.

• You cannot copy content in the services for outside use. All content can only work for your personal needs.

• The data you provide when registering must be accurate. If it is inaccurate, you will need to remind Connect Media about any necessary changes. You must also provide proof surrounding your identity in this situation.

• Your account password must remain secure to ensure you are the only one accessing the system.

• All services and software programs can only work for your use. You cannot resell anything offered to a third party.

• All services must only work in harmless ways without risking the functionality of Connect Media servers or networks.

• You cannot try to gain unauthorized access to any service or server.

• You may not try to expose any potential vulnerabilities in the Connect Media system.

• Deep-linking on Connect Media with an extraction program or other device to index or frame parts of the website is illegal.

• You cannot try to gain access to various bits of data from the services.

• It is illegal to harm or disrupt other users on the platform.

• Any errors or breaches in the services must be reported by the users as soon as possible.

• No user can abuse any promotional systems, including ones that entail multiple coupon codes or special offers. These include promotions open only to new users.

Any attempts to break the rules may result in your suspension or removal from the service.

Understanding the Relationship Between Contractors and Merchants

At Connect Media, “merchants” are independent food companies that provide products available through Connect Media, or the “services.” The “contractors” are the people who deliver the foods.

Contractors are merchants are independent from one another.

Connect Media is not responsible for any actions undertaken by contractors or merchants.

Connect Media is not a retailer or merchant products, but a group that facilitates orders between users and merchants that will be delivered by contractors.

Connect Media is not responsible for reviewing if these contractors or merchants are suitable, legal, or capable of safely preparing foods.

By using the services, you agree that whatever you purchase is prepared by the merchant of your choice and that the contractor will transport what the merchant produces to your preferred location.

Connect Media and the contractors associated with the services do not have any interests in the goods you order.

User Account

You will need to register an account to use some of the services provided by LineSkipper. All data you provide must be accurate and thorough. You must also update that data as necessary if there are any changes.

You are the only authorized user for your account, and you are responsible for any actions that take place with it. You will be responsible for any unauthorized actions surrounding your account. Inform Connect Media about any cases where someone might have gained unauthorized access to your account.

Connect Media is not responsible or liable for damages due to an outside party using your account.

Connect Media may terminate or suspend your account if the service finds that your information is inaccurate or incomplete for any reason.

You cannot create a new account with Connect Media if you have been banned from its services in the past for any reason.

User Content

Basic Consideration

Connect Media may offer services that entail the creation of user content, including posting ratings and reviews. You are liable for any user content that you submit and post through Connect Media.

Connect Media has the right to post and display your work in any form without your approval at any time. This action will work with no royalties or exclusivity rights involved.

Connect Media will also have a license to use your username or other profile data to attribute any user content to you without your prior notification or approval.

The license Connect Media holds surrounding your user content will last even after you terminate your account.

Connect Media can delete or review your content if it is necessary to satisfy any laws or if this agreement needs enforcing.

Feedback

You will agree that any ideas or other forms of feedback you provide to Connect Media will be your own, and Connect Media is not obligated to follow your feedback. While you have the right to send feedback, Connect Media also has the right to display or produce derivative works surrounding your feedback.

Ratings and Reviews

You may also leave reviews and ratings for merchants on Connect Media. These reviews are interpreted as user content and are subject to the same rules as other forms of user content. The reviews on the site are not endorsed by Connect Media, and they are not reflective of the rules associated with them.

By posting reviews, you are writing them based on your experience with a merchant, and that you will not post any reviews for those you hold an ownership interest or other association with.

Connect Media has the right to remove your reviews if they violate any policy or term.

Communications

You will agree to receive communications from Connect Media or any other parties that offer services to Connect Media. These include email, phone calls, and text message communications. Some of these communications may come from automated systems.

All message and data rates apply.

You can change your preferences for receiving communications by reviewing your account and choosing to stop receiving these messages. You can also opt-out from texts by replying “STOP” from whatever device receives said messages.

Electronic Signature Rule

You will agree to use an electronic signature to confirm any agreements you hold. You can send a message to weconnectmediaweb@gmail.com with the subject “Revoke Electronic Consent’ if you do not consent. You can also email the same address with your contact info and a delivery address to review the electronic signature disclosure rule.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Connect Media and its licensors own all aspects of its software and its services. The agreement does not entail a sale, meaning you do not have any ownership of the software or services.

You will not receive any rights to use the Connect Media logo, its product names, or anything else associated with the product. You have no right or license for their use. You also do not have the right to remove or alter copyrights, trademarks, or anything else surrounding the software and services.

Payment Terms

Prices

All prices for menu items on the services may be different from what merchants offer for the same items on other websites. The prices on Connect Media may not be the lowest ones for sale.

Connect Media does not have the obligation to itemize costs or adjust these expenses. These changes may also be changed at any time.

You are liable for taxes associated with the services.

No Refunds

All purchases through Connect Media are nonrefundable. Connect Media will only provide credits at its preference.

Promotions

Connect Media may promote unique offers with special rates to users. These promotional offers are only to be used by the appropriate audiences and cannot be sold or transferred to others.

The promotions are subject to specific products and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All promotions must be used by the designated expiration date.

Connect Media may revoke promotions that appear in error. These promotions can be adjusted at any time.

Any credit Connect Media offers is valid for six months. Any unused credits will be removed after that time.

Fees

Connect Media can change its fees for services as necessary. These include fees for deliveries and small orders.

Referrals

The Connect Media referral program lets users collect free credits by referring others to the service. These credits must utilize a unique ID link or personal link.

Connect Media can change the terms of its referral program as necessary.

Third-Party Actions

The Connect Media service may feature links to third-party websites, applications, and advertisements. Any third-party link you click will take you from the Connect Media website or services. You will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that third party and not with Connect Media.

Connect Media does not control the content of these third-party websites or other items. Connect Media does not review or approve these features. You will use these third-party features at your risk.

Social Media Rules

By interacting with or contributing to any social media page run by Connect Media, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant social media platform.

Indemnification

You will agree to indemnify Connect Media and all other parties associated with Connect Media from losses, damages, or other issues resulting from actions relating to your user content, your use of services, or any breach of this agreement. Connect Media has the right to be defensive and controlling of any situations surrounding indemnification. You will have to cooperate with Connect Media in any cases associated.

Warranty Disclaimer

You will use the Connect Media service and software at your own risk. Some changes may be made to the software without prior notice. There are no warranties on anything involved with what Connect Media provides. Connect Media will not warrant that everything will operate without issues or harm to your computer or anything else you utilize. Connect Media is not responsible for the loss of data or other content while in use.

Online Delays

The services may be subject to delays due to online connections. Connect Media is not responsible for these delays or other related issues.

Liability Limits

General

You agree when using Connect Media to the limits on all the things that may work in the service.

Cap on Liability

The liability from Connect Media cannot exceed the amounts paid by or are due from you to Connect Media in the past six months before the event causing the claim. The cap on liability is for all New Jersey residents.

Disclaimer

Connect Media is not liable to anyone for any damages that occur. These include indirect or punitive damages, among others. The disclaimer for punitive and exemplary damages and other damages for personal injury or harm caused by fraudulent misrepresentation does not apply to users in New Jersey.

Exclusive Venue

You will agree with Connect Media that any claims coming out of the agreement will be litigated in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County if you reside in California, or a United States District Court for whatever district you reside in if you are not a California resident.

Termination

By violating this agreement, Connect Media may respond by terminating your access to the service. Connect Media does not have to notify you about the termination. The agreement can be enforced against you even if you lose the right to use the software in question.

Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Connect Media can terminate membership use of any person who regularly infringes upon the copyright. Contact our copyright agent if you feel your work was copied or posted in any way that entails copyright infringement.

You will need to provide our copyright agent with a signature of someone acting on behalf of the copyright owner, a description of the work that was infringed, a discussion of where the materials are, and your contact information. You must also include a written statement surrounding your case, and a statement under the possible penalty of perjury stating that the above info is accurate and that you own the copyright and act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

General

No Partnership

Connect Media will not enter any joint venture with you during the use of the services in question.

Severance

Any invalid segment in this agreement will not result in any invalidity of anything else in the agreement. All valid parts of the agreement that remain will stay in effect.

Complaints

You can register your complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs if you have any issues. You can contact this group at 400 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The group is also available by telephone at 1-800-952-5210.

Notice

You will be responsible for providing your most recent email address when using Connect Media. You will not receive services if Connect Media cannot validate your address.

Communications

You will consent to receive messages from Connect Media when using the service. You will also agree to all terms and conditions in the Connect Media system.

All contact info must be kept accurate and consistent.

Transfer and Assignment

The details in this agreement cannot be transferred yourself, but Connect Media may assign it without restrictions. Attempts to transfer your work will be void.

Entire Agreement

This agreement is a complete agreement between all parties.
